Fab application process from start to finish

Disgusted

I had reason to complain to NBS about something But was disgusted to get a reply from customer services that had a link to The Black Lives Matter Website at the bottom of the email, According to the NBS Management team this is acceptable, As a armed forces Veteran I was deeply offended when B.L.M set fire to the Union jack and sprayed BLM on memorial's to many Black, White and Asian solders that gave there lives so they could have the Freedom they have today, I am in no way a racist having served with many Excellent Black and Asian solders I agree that everyone is entitled to a opinion but please NBS please Keep your support of political organisations to your self and don't force them on members Reviewed on: 24th July 2021

Mobile Insurance cover

Terrible experience with mobile claim, they don’t have any answer when claim will settled and keep lying very clearly on documents received by them. They took so many documents like I am applying for mortgage. They are just giving my money back nothing else as I have to pay it my claim passed by them £125 and rest I am paying £13 per month and I will get refurbished phone from them but for that I am already waiting for 11 days now and they are saying they still can’t give me time limit. Waste of money and time with lots of hassle and stress. Better you save money what you are paying month for insurance and add £125 which you have to pay for excess so you can buy same kind of phone and you will save money. Reviewed on: 21st July 2021

Mobile phone insurance is a waste of time

I sent my phone off twice. They fixed my screen first time, but it came back with a loose fingerprint scanner, sent back again came back looser. They advised replacement in 1-3 days . called to check on 2nd day when it might be and was advised will be 1-3 days from today as they had a stock issue...But no call. Wanted to speak to a manager no one available....Look at this mobile phone company on Trustpilot Lifestyle services Group. All saying the same . If I was nationwide I would review where they have their insurance as its tarnishing their name. Reviewed on: 10th June 2021

Great product on paper until you need to claim!

booked a villa in February 2020. Owner refused to return deposit in April 2021 .Insurance stated page 20 point 10. Doesn't cover my money if I gift holiday to family members so was entitled to one 6th of claim less excess. Whats the point of being insured in the headline selling points to be caught out by clauses in T&C's. If I insure a car and crash it I don't expect to receive a instance claim to be split by number of people in the car . So how is this any different Reviewed on: 20th May 2021
