Functional but Underwhelming

I opened an account with NatWest when I first moved to the UK — not out of preference, but because I needed an account with a mainstream bank. Since then, I’ve ended up with three accounts: a basic current account and two savings accounts. While everything works fine on a functional level, the overall experience feels a bit uninspired. Used the NatWest for over 20 years

Used the NatWest for over 20+ years. Majority of my banking is satisfactory but not when it comes to going on holiday. I always advise the bank of my travel dates and they still let me down by allowing payments on my card when I am not in the country. My card was scammed and they blocked my card without contacting me leaving me without money on holiday. I found it impossible to contact them on the phone and I didn’t have access to the internet.
