Arranged overdraft nightmare

Overall i been with Natwest for over 12 years. The are a solid bank when their system are up and running but i have twice now issues with their systems crashing. They are delaying payment, and i mean they delay for over a week. They can say it takes about a week a transition to clear but for me living the instant life of today, is hard to find tour balance. If you are taking my money just take them instantly. Another issue and for me is the biggest is the overdraft. I do use overdraft quite sometimes throughout the month and i always paying it back, but when the fca says you need to make a thinks right and charge all equally you don't hype the cost to over 30%. Its almost similar to a payday loan. Reviewed on: 29th January 2020
