Hungerford branch service

When I was able to get through on the phone the service was very good and an appointment was made very quickly and at a good time for me . The young lady who helped me was very patient and recommended just the ISA that I required. The only thing that was slightly annoying was the 14 minute wait for the phone to be answered. A bank where you communicate with people.

I've always found the staff to be very helpful, but more importantly you communicate with people rather than bots or automated systems. There are no frustrations of dealing with machines who don't understand your problem and give unhelpful nonesense responses or simply terminate the 'conversation'. Reviewed on: 28th April 2025

Excellent experience at the Winchester branch.

We had an excellent customer experience in the Winchester branch on two occasions opening savings accounts as new customers. Really welcoming, informative and patient branch manager who talked everything through with us without pressure. Excellent telephone support when there were difficulties accessing emailed passcodes. Apart from the frustration of multiple codes appearing online and not being accepted, we felt we were always in safe hands with immediate human responses and no delays, or automated robot morons which has been our experience elsewhere.
