Excellent experience at the Winchester branch.

We had an excellent customer experience in the Winchester branch on two occasions opening savings accounts as new customers. Really welcoming, informative and patient branch manager who talked everything through with us without pressure. Excellent telephone support when there were difficulties accessing emailed passcodes. Apart from the frustration of multiple codes appearing online and not being accepted, we felt we were always in safe hands with immediate human responses and no delays, or automated robot morons which has been our experience elsewhere.
