Amazing Didcot-Vess/Helen

Setting up a transfer from Lloyds Bank

The lady we spoke to was very good. She explained everything and made our transfer very easy. We now have several accounts with Newbury BS. Reviewed on: 18th May 2026

Competent and professional staff

We went to Andover Branch to close an account, without a passbook and in my son’s name with me as account holder as he was young at the time by of opening. The cashier helping us had quite a task ahead but was polite, professional and confident in all the paperwork. Reviewed on: 16th May 2026
