Excellent customer service

Bought a one year ISA cash bond as an existing customer (for more than 30 years) all done very efficiently but still took 30 mins. The manager dealing with me was very efficient effective and personable with good customer facing skills Reviewed on: 26th June 2026

My recent access to a bank in my hometown

Can access my local branch with my home town just by walking in and on most occasions find no one in front of me in a queue. Face to face help from your assistants are so important to me and help using NBS app on my phone particularly important as I have difficulty with hearing and writing along with digital communication.
