Purchased my insurance online through a comparison site, but i wanted immediate cover as requested on website i called through to the number on screen. Salesman was lovely and helped me by setting up my insurance straight away. When i bought my new car i called through to customer service line who were also polite and extremely helpful. I was able to drive my new car the same day! Only downside is (as expected when calling a busy call center) you have to wait in a queue before speaking to anyone Reviewed on: 3rd September 2018
