Easy to use and excellent cost

One call is the only insurance company I have experienced where their renewal quotes remain highly competitive. Easy to use online portal and great customer service when needed to clarify points of insurance. Wasn’t on hold for ages and advisors actually keen to help and know what they’re doing without having to ‘put you on hold’ or ‘ask their manager’ or ‘I’ll transfer you to another department to deal with it’. They value existing customers

Every year at renewal time I search for the best value insurance available. Y experience has always been that my existing insurers hike up prices for existing customers with offers solely targeting new custom Not so Obe Call. For the first time last year I renewed with my existing provider (Obe Call) because they offered a competitive quote to me as an existing customer with no price hike. Add to this ease of managing renewal through their website and it was a no brainer to stay with them. Reviewed on: 1st October 2021
