After joining I was called by customer service to ensure I was happy with the process and understood everything. They took me through the policy I had signed up for ans the optional extras I has picked (I had picked one I didn't need) so that was taken off. After a dear ran out on my car.. the repair was good but I had to wait a week b4 a curtusy car was given and some communication between all in valved was poor other that all was OK Reviewed on: 30th August 2023
