Poor Service, No accountability, Bad Customer Experience Finally I managed to get my policy cancelled by this appalling company. It cost me £39 even though the reason I cancelled was due to their extremely poor service for which there was no acceptance of responsibility whatsoever. Anyway just glad to be rid of them as my blood pressure has now returned to near normal. This is the third run in with Onecall and definitely my last. Anyway I told the representive that I would write a review for each £ they charged me for cancellation so this is number one. I'm now heading across to Google.
