Still Waiting

My car was damaged by a truck while I was away from it. One Call have been given cctv and know who the company are but have not returned my excess that I had to pay to get it repaired. Reviewed on: 30th September 2025

Disgraceful

I have been with onecall for many years. I made a claim, they took a large excess. I gave them full details as why it was not my fault: cctv evidence, name of guilty party, my excess has not been returned. Reviewed on: 24th July 2025
