Fantastic Credit..Unreasonable APR %

On the whole I think PayPal is fantastic, because they have always allowed me to pay for things that I otherwise couldn’t have. However, the interest rates have always seemed unreasonably high, and the fact that they change without so much as a mention to the consumer, is a malicious practice I feel. If used correctly a great product
