Can't replace real human support when you need help

been a PayPal customer for years and every now and then you need to contact them and its nice to know that there are real people on the end of the phone and not just AI chat bots. This is what bring the value to me and I hope it doesn't go away. Reviewed on: 10th July 2025

handy at times when budgeting comes in

Really great for paying in 3 or 4 months instalments in order to manage the finance. A bit longer timeframe like 6 months would be more beneficial .When did have an issue ,was easy to speak to an adviser explaining the discrepancies on the total amount. Reviewed on: 7th July 2025

PayPal gives me a bit more piece of mind

PayPal gives me a bit more piece of mind, so I feel a little safer buying from places I can't be 100% certain of - like new sellers/businesses that don't yet have many reviews. Also PayPal credit and Pay in 3 is so so handy to have when things are a bit tight any given month, and it doesn't cost anything to use! Reviewed on: 6th July 2025
