Peace of mind - Confident customer service

I only ever needed to contact PayPal Credit once for more clarity on one of their features. The representative who assisted me over the phone provided clear and detailed explanations. She had me run a test to build my confidence before ending the call with a warm farewell. Simply, it was peace in my mind. She was extremely confident in her customer support service. Top notch!
