Helpful but comes with responsibility

I’ve used PayPal Credit for a while now and currently have around £6,000 in debt with them. It’s been a useful tool for managing larger purchases, especially with the 0% offers. But it’s easy to let the balance grow, so you need to stay disciplined. Writing this review as part of a vote where I could win £1,000 – which would definitely help clear some of that debt! My experience is been good however payment protection is just 1 month which is sometimes not good for customer. I ordered something online and it never reached me when I complaint to PayPal thy said thy closed my case. I lost my £40.. the address where the product was delivered was not mine. Transfers between PayPal accounts are instant and free, and linking a bank or card enables fast withdrawals. I won't buy from a website if they don't offer Paypal!

I always pay online with Paypal as I know it's secure and so easy to checkout. Paypal credit lets me pay for larger purchases over time. I will find another website to purchase from if they don't offer Paypal payments. Reviewed on: 3rd June 2025
