RCi fixed term savings accounts are available for one, two, three, four or five years. You’ll need to open the account with between £1,000 and £1 million. Unlimited top-ups can be made in the first 14 days.

Incorrect interest rate being shown and used on my savings account

Opened a new fixed rate (4.85%) 2 year saver on 15th Nov. Successfully funded by 19th November. After 2 days of trying to get into the online system, finally logged in, only to find interest rate quoted as 4.75%. No response to phone calls, so have emailed querying this rate issue. No response after 6 weeks and 6 emails. First monthly interest payment have arrived in my account, but yet again, the interest rate calculates as 4.46%. Still no response to phone calls, or emails. Polite and Helpful

Any time I have contacted them with a query their response has always been polite and very helpful, also online banking system is easy to use which is beneficial to older users who may not be too confident doing online transactions. Reviewed on: 12th March 2025

Very easy to deal with and often good value
