Review of the RCI Bank, Fixed Term Savings Account:

Incorrect interest rate being shown and used on my savings account

Opened a new fixed rate (4.85%) 2 year saver on 15th Nov. Successfully funded by 19th November. After 2 days of trying to get into the online system, finally logged in, only to find interest rate quoted as 4.75%. No response to phone calls, so have emailed querying this rate issue. No response after 6 weeks and 6 emails. First monthly interest payment have arrived in my account, but yet again, the interest rate calculates as 4.46%. Still no response to phone calls, or emails. Very disappointing. Reviewed on: 20th December 2022
