Helpful day out in Stortford

I went into branch because I was not happy with the ISA transfer processes and I wanted to let them know. I spoke to Dan who was very helpful and explained to me what happens and why I have not been given any updates. He said he's aware of this and is currently looking into and will cotnact me if anything changes. it which was a response you don't hear often. Reviewed on: 1st March 2025

Great staff at Brentwood

Came in and asked for bond rates. Max was able to tell me and then we completed forms. Also met the Manager and she was so friendly and felt had met her before. Reviewed on: 28th February 2025
