always had positive experiences in person and by phone - local branch with good opening hours, service is very fast, staff are knowledgeable, professional and helpful. We have a number of savings account with a passbook, and I like that we have a passbook. I like to bring my son in with me, so he can see and get used to the saving ethos, and the stay are always super nice to him, and make a big deal of encouraging his saving and putting money into his savings. The branch is very recently refurbished and really warm and welcoming. Reviewed on: 17th January 2025

Excellent customer service

The savings are great, but the website is flawed.

The savings are great, but the website is flawed. There isn't enough information on what happens when accounts including regular savers reach matruity and when we can open the next ones. This means we open them on the maturity month but then are closed, some of us prefer to plan ahead. It would be better to only allow us to open the accounts available and have upfront notice once the pot is filled of our next options Reviewed on: 13th January 2025

I’m fed up with ap not working properly and only being able to use Safari on the Mac normally Google. Poor communications meant a series of misunderstandings recently thst wasted a lot of time.
