always had positive experiences in person and by phone - local branch with good opening hours, service is very fast, staff are knowledgeable, professional and helpful. We have a number of savings account with a passbook, and I like that we have a passbook. I like to bring my son in with me, so he can see and get used to the saving ethos, and the stay are always super nice to him, and make a big deal of encouraging his saving and putting money into his savings. The staff in the Colchester branch are so friendly.

The staff in the Colchester branch are so friendly. One lovely lady remembers our names and the fact we have grandchildren every visit. We don’t even go in that regularly. Transactions are so easy to do with knowledgeable and efficient staff. Well done Colchester. Reviewed on: 11th January 2025
