The new rules needed updates from customers. Some could be done on line, others needed contact with the helpline. Perhaps that could be improved or a note to say that it should be attempted when the helpline is available. Reviewed on: 5th December 2023

Good savings rates, easy to open account online. Communications a little ambiguous re. password for account - email inferred that a randomised password would be sent but in the event, the password I set in account setup was sufficient Reviewed on: 5th December 2023
