I renewed my 1 year Fixed Rate Maturity ISA on line for a further 12 month period. It is relatively straight forward to do, but there is not much on-line help should you need it. Reviewed on: 11th December 2024

I used to be able to renew my fixed rate ISA's on-line, now there seems to be have been an update in the on-line system and I am unable to do this and had to renew it via a telephone call with customer services. This took a lot longer and is considerably less convenient. Reviewed on: 26th February 2024
