Society procedures neec to be improved.

I was unable to transfer money from one of my accounts online despite the fact that I operate all my Saffron accounts online. On the telephone, a very helpful member of staff was able to transfer the money to my nominated account but I couldn't. “Clunky” procedures like that certainly detract for the Society’s appeal to me. Good spot with a loyalty bonus

Some teething IT problems that probably weren't the fault of any one person (took three agents to resolve). Agent did notice that I had an existing account which would qualify for a better rate ISA. Reviewed on: 24th April 2025
