A great online account

I have been with Starling for over 5 years and the bank has improved its services year after year. Any problems I have had (and to be honest have been caused by myself) are dealt with quickly by the customer service team. The App is excellent and they keep it fresh by improving it every year. I particularly like the icons and backgrounds that can be changed with the seasons. It’s nice to see snow when you are checking your balance. It’s easy to set up savings pots to which you ... I have a current and joint account with Starling.

I have a current and joint account with Starling. I am satisfied with their service; I love that there are no fees abroad; this has been helpful. The instant notification of spending also helps along with the spaces that help with savings. The customer service has been excellent with all concerns answered online. Spaces Feature: Easily manage savings goals by separating funds. Excellent Customer Service: Prompt and helpful support available 24/7. Reviewed on: 8th March 2025

Starling make my banking life simple

I have been with Starling for my current account for a few years now, and we also have a family business account and the an account for the business of which I am director. Excellent app, good interest rates, super customer service - responsive and helpful.
