VANQUIS SWEPT THE CARPET FROM UNDER MY FEET AT A TIME WHEN I NEEDED HELP MOST. During covid and having lost my job, I paid £600+ on to my card to pay crucial bills. Without notice of any kind, Vanquis promptly took all the money slashing. my credit balance by 70%. In spite of reaching out desperately to Vanquis, nothing was done and I was left in a complete fix with my finances. This got me into a lot of trouble and depressed me for a very long time and still leaves a terrible taste in my mouth. I am not back in a good job but sadly Vanquis does not deserve my loyalty as they have never given theirs. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024
