Great Bank for Innovation; security and listening to customers

Starling Bank exceeds customer expectations in overall use and experience. New off the block, I have seen it grow driven by innovation - many ideas being suggested on the customer forum. Efficiency and appeal = the Greatest for a modern smart phone bank. Personally, I find it easy to organise my money and spending. Reviewed on: 17th January 2018

Simple, smart and delightful.

Having had the same bank for nearly 25 years, I was cautious about switching, but felt that banking was still stuck firmly in the past. After much research, I decided to give Starling a go. Wow! the initial signing up process sets the tone, this is a new approach. Within no time I had opened up the account, been approved for an overdraft, issued a virtual card that was enabled for Apple Pay and ready to go. The simplicity of the app is something to behold, pulse giving me a day view of my spending and and s monthly view categorised by merchant or category. Set my saving targets, upload a picture and monitor progress to it. Notifications for each transaction keeps you informed. I have seen the future of banking and this is it.
