worse car insurance company ever

I insure my car with tesco car insurance I sold the car bought a new car to transfer the policy to the new car they rip me off after spending hours trying to sort things out they cancel my breakdown cover without my consent and did not refund my money Reviewed on: 23rd May 2017

Excellent service

Blakes fantastic customer service

I phoned up today as an existing customer, to swap my cars over. I was a bit cautious as the car I wanted to cover is a cooper s instead of my Citroen c1. Blake who professionally dealt with my details, gave me a fantastic deal, and I can say I was very very happy. He was very helpful, friendly and very efficient. Great value all round cover

Tesco offered the best cover at the most affordable rate for people my age. Even included RAC breakdown, which as a young driver, I cannot afford to join on it's own. Very impressed with the options Tesco have given. Thankfully I have not had to claim, but I'm sure if I did they would be a great help. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2017

useless

After cancelling my car insurance and not informing me I was running around in my car not knowing that it had been cancelled due fact that they had not done a credit check even though I had been insured by them for the previous two weeks . Reviewed on: 16th March 2017

Disgustingly over priced

Awful service

Had to book 4 separate black box fittings - the engineers turned up at the wrong time, then the wrong house (having lied about calling my mobile and home phone, which never happened), then I received a call saying my recent appointment was moved to the AM but they arrived in the PM when I wasn't around. Always the cheapest
