changed my policy as I had bought a new car - quick phonecall to tesco and it was done in 5 mins. Simples! Reviewed on: 24th March 2015

Great Customer Service

I bought my car insurance through a price comparison website and the best option for me was Tesco. Everything went smoothly - easy to purchase on line (although it didn't include Tesco Club Card points). I rang customer service asking why and she said they only have offers from time to time to include club card points. Great customer service though - very pleasant and helpful.
