I had never made a claim with an insurance - and expected the process to be long winded and painful. Velosure staff was supportive and efficient when my bike got stolen. I received the money really quickly which meant I could buy a new bike - which I really needed because it was my main mode of transport. I was grateful. Reviewed on: 14th October 2024
