I have been with the Family building Society for 11 years, I have only experienced two minor problems which were quickly corrected, they are truly professional helpful organisation that I would recommend to everyone. Reviewed on: 26th October 2024

LOUISE DID WELL!

I was more than happy with Louise's recommendations regarding possibilities for a mortgage, considering I am a 69yr old foreigner with permanent right to remain but with foreign pensions with a British wife considerably younger. A complex situation which was handled with professionalism and care. Reviewed on: 20th February 2025

Switching my mortgage.

I telephoned to arrange my mortgage switch and the agent couldn't have been more helpful. She explained the working of the associated savings account, which I'd never come across before. She also explained that the cashback offer, which I'd seen online, applied to re-mortgaging, rather than switching. I was then informed about what would happen next. Excellent service! Breath of Fresh Air
