Louise the New business representative was very helpful and supportive throughout my application. There wasn't the need to book a time slot to speak to her or her team, I could call at a time that was convenient for me. A complex case made easy by Family

I had a complicated case where my clients needed a Joint Borrower/Sole Proprietor mortgage, however due to the joint borrower being retired, we needed the affordability to be based on the sole proprietor's age. No problem for Family, their whole team, from Stuart my BDM, to Michelle my BDR and Shahul the Underwriter were absolutely amazing. Due to the complexities of the case, I was expecting a very hard journey with no guarantee of an offer at the end of it. However, that amazing team made it as easy as 'a hot knife through butter'. If you have a tricky case, speak to Family, they'll give you a honest assessment and if its possible, they'll help you all the way. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024

Advice requested, solution in place
