Great Service

I had a query following the maturity of one of my fixed term products with the Family Building Society. I was answered very quickly from the call queue, and Louise needed to ask a colleague to assist with my query, and promised to phone me back. As always, the customer service today was excellent.

As always, the customer service today was excellent. Katherine was very helpful and patiently went through everything I needed to solve the issue (mainly, how to access the new site!). My savings account has a very good (comparitive) interest rate but a major reason of staying with the Society is the customer service. The rsponse is always fast (o waiting) and I can trust on receiving a lovely welcome and all the assistance I require. Reviewed on: 12th May 2025
