Very friendly Family members

I have been saving with Family Building Society for a few years and each time I have a need to contact them the responses are friendly, informative and swift. When I recently reinvested my maturing ISA and asked for confirmation of the opening of the new account I received a phone call where I was treated as an individual, with a chat about the callers friend with a similar address to mine. This was just the sort of informality I wanted rather than to be seen as just another customer. I live alone and during the Covid 19 lockdown it was lovely to get a friendly voice on the phone. Windfall Bond changes

My family have a number of Windfall Bonds whic when I opened them we used to get a list of winners each month. The Society now says it is impracticle to publish winners which I strongly disagree with. It would show openess in the procedure without disclosing too much information about the winners private details as was the case originally. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025
