Help with Savings Account

Phoned the FBS and was helped by Ed who managed to help me access my online savings account by supplying a verification code. Took less than 5 mins to sort things. Reviewed on: 24th November 2023

A great Service.

First class customer service

Anytime I need to make contact with the Society it is easy and the staff are knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful. They are able to refer back to notes on your account so you can speak to three different people without having to explain the situation over again. If they promise to do something they do it. Good service over the phone

I had a problem depositing money into my ISA online and its was sorted there and then with just a small wait. Ed Dawson was really helpful and clear and waited while I logeed back in to see if the fix had worked from the servcie team which it had. Thank you. Reviewed on: 22nd November 2023
