The TSB Cash Account is a basic bank account designed to help you manage your money. It’s available if you don’t have a UK bank account and don’t qualify for any other TSB current accounts. There’s no charge for opening or maintaining the account. Cash Account holders can access the TSB mobile banking app to manage their finances.

I have always banked with TSB and will never change. The customer service is exceptional, I have experienced a problem with a hotel charging me twice and I went into my bank to ask what I could do about it and they kindly contacted the hotel for me to help me resolve the situation. their mobile and online banking is quick and easy to access also :-) Reviewed on: 12th November 2015

Good switch offers, but complicated switch terms

really appreciate the mobile cheque deposit facility

Not had the account long but I really appreciate the mobile cheque deposit facility, amazing that some banks still do not offer this. Payments and authorisations are quick and fuss free. I went into the bank once to deposit some cash and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2025
