Phone service is appalling

What is the point of banks like TSB if they close their branches and then don't even want to talk to you on the phone? You might as well just open a Monzo or Starling account. I've been with them for 32 years but have finally given up as the central phone service is hopeless. You get cut off when you are transferred to your branch half the time, and they don't want to talk to you either. Reviewed on: 18th March 2022

The worst Bank ever

The website is appalling, difficult to navigate, very difficult to find what you want and some links not working. Very user unfriendly. So far I have been trying unsuccessfully to withdraw funds for 48 hours. My own branch is apparently closed so I was sent to one 20 miles away only to find a note on the door saying they were closed. Tomorrow I shall have to travel to one much further away again. Exasperated by this, I complained and was kept on the phone for 50 minutes while they took details. Just appalling. This is the third time I have had to complain about this Bank. Tomorrow I am closing my account. Reviewed on: 16th March 2022

Tricky to work with

I got moved to TSB when Lloyds sold off a load of branches. i found it difficult as there simply aren't many branches ont he gorund so hard to find one to physically go into. Getting thorugh on the phone also tricky, and a raft of complex processes meant eventually I lost patience and switched to another bank Reviewed on: 11th February 2022

Very nice people in the branch but the app is a pain.

Thieves and liars

Where to start, TSB closed my account without warning by leaving me a shitty voicemail on 12th January, I called them back, useless telephone staff and very unhelpful, was told to go to branch wasted journey as was pointless, due to them not being able to grace a day or two it impacted massively I told them this and they didn’t give a toss. So all that being said, my British airways flight was cancelled had to get refunded unfortunately it was this bank, called them on 28th Jan to find out refund had reached them on 15th Jan, they didn’t tell me I only found out by calling up the Kingston branch. I was then told I’d get the money by Cheque by the dispute team, it’s now 7th feb still NOTHING! I was told on the phone on 04/02/2022 that my cheque had been posted on 02/02/2022, BULLSHIT!!! I got an email on 07/02/2022 to say that it’s being issued … called up was then told it has not been issued and I need to call British airways .. even though it’s been confirmed TSB have the money I have emails To prove these conflicting answers when I call or email. Their customer service is shocking, the code of business Is appalling, they don’t refund at all. I don’t give a shit about them I just want what I am Owed nothing more. Disastrous internet banking

Safe & Secure the say online banking your treated the same with a debit card as you are with a credit card so don;t worry they say I purchaced something from america off ( Ordered Gifts ) but the did no excist the where useing someone elses page anyway that was 23/4/21 told TSB on the 8/5/21 about the reviews about them and other customers not getting anything after a year not even reply to emails Tsb said dont worry your covered but here we are 1/8/21 and nothing they said it was there fault they never answered my debit dispute form, but your out of time now I said I was closeing all my accounts and they said please yourself thats up to entirely up to you Reviewed on: 1st August 2021

Termination of a phone call
