Amazing!

I am so happy with my Zopa card, the app on my mobile is so easy to use, keeps up to date on all activity so I know exactly where I am in the usage of my card. One of the best customer services I have encountered

From applying for the card it was simple, the decision was quick and the processing of applying didn’t affect my credit should I have been declined. Using the app is simple and setting up payments to pay the account is just as easy. 1st Class Service & a Human to talk to if required.

I’m a new customer and wanted to check a few things, but I prefer to speak to a human - and it was refreshing to be able to phone and speak to someone. They were very helpful and clearly explained a few things and also some extra tips for future things I may need. All in all everything from my online application to the great interest rates and the app is really easy and so convenient to use, whenever I like.
