Great and Simple Bank

The application process was simple, since then there had been good clear communication around my account. Zempler has a user friendly app that allows me to keep track of my spending, my balance and dates for payment so that I can ensure payments are made on time. There is a good FAQ section on there website that helps answer any questions. Reviewed on: 11th April 2026

One of the best customer services I have encountered

From applying for the card it was simple, the decision was quick and the processing of applying didn’t affect my credit should I have been declined. Using the app is simple and setting up payments to pay the account is just as easy. They have always been available to help when needed and there customer service is one of the best I have encountered. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2025
