Just simply put Zable are a great all round company, who offer a great service and I feel like they really care. They offer some fantastic products with excellent interest rates and I feel confident if ever I was in trouble that I could trust their customer service team to help me in any way necessary to resolve any issues that may arise. Easy to keep a check on your spending in the App

The App is brilliant, really easy to navigate and see exactly what your limit and spending are, at anytime! It’s just as easy to make a payment directly, so no late fees needed. Customer service are easy to reach and very helpful - if you can’t find the answer you are looking for in FAQ. All in all, from great interest rates to the ease of using the app, I highly recommend Zable credit card to anyone! Reviewed on: 3rd June 2026

Excellent & highly recommended

I opened a Zopa credit card about 6/7 months ago and found them to be extremely helpful and fair with their interest rates. The whole process was very easy online, with clear details every step. Once opened my card was available immediately online and actual card arrived very quickly in the post. I feel so safe and secure with Zopa & I can keep up to date anytime with the online account. They are a responsible lender, with great rates & extremely fair & the customer service team are available to speak with via phone. 1st Class Service & a Human to talk to if required.

I’m a new customer and wanted to check a few things, but I prefer to speak to a human - and it was refreshing to be able to phone and speak to someone. They were very helpful and clearly explained a few things and also some extra tips for future things I may need. All in all everything from my online application to the great interest rates and the app is really easy and so convenient to use, whenever I like.
