Excellent & highly recommended

I opened a Zopa credit card about 6/7 months ago and found them to be extremely helpful and fair with their interest rates. The whole process was very easy online, with clear details every step. Once opened my card was available immediately online and actual card arrived very quickly in the post. I feel so safe and secure with Zopa & I can keep up to date anytime with the online account. They are a responsible lender, with great rates & extremely fair & the customer service team are available to speak with via phone. I honestly cannot recommend Zopa highly enough to everyone, as I have already done so to many family & friends. Reviewed on: 16th January 2026

1st Class Service & a Human to talk to if required.

I’m a new customer and wanted to check a few things, but I prefer to speak to a human - and it was refreshing to be able to phone and speak to someone. They were very helpful and clearly explained a few things and also some extra tips for future things I may need. All in all everything from my online application to the great interest rates and the app is really easy and so convenient to use, whenever I like. Honestly so happy with everything and Zopa definitely deserves a Top Award. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2025
