Good card, excellent service

like the fact that payments credited on the same day and are always able to let know you if something goes bad. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023

Easy process and accepted with poor credit rating

Having a poor credit rating I thought it would be near impossible to gain a personal loan or a credit card. Zopa bank accepted me with both. They are very ethical because it wasn’t until I’d completed my loan that they then offered the credit card. I’d recommend them to anyone having difficulties getting credit. THE RE-BORN OF BANKING

My experience with Zopa Bank was that the customer serfvices assisstant I sxpoke to was very obedience. Three rings , the call was answeared. The reason for which I called was fully explained to me in a clear ;language. Her explanation was clear . concise and straight to the point, so much so that I did not have any question to ask. Secondly the Zopa Banking App is just as easy as ABC to use. Is very easy and straight forward to be used. I hope if all banks in the UK can copy ... Reviewed on: 6th March 2025
