Zopa is a fantastic bank I have banked with many before however Zopa has very exclusive features the offers they have given me are spectacular and went things went wrong there customer service support team was brilliant there savings accounts are brilliant due to there rates compared to mainstream banking companies Reviewed on: 14th April 2025

Zopa is a useful source of credit whose security is assured. The app is easy to work. The 'credit cushion' feature is absolutely fantastic as it allows you to reserve a cash pot for emergencies. I've not had to use their customer services very much but it is a well run service overall and I would highly recommend it for those trying to improve credit store and manage a credit card effectively!
