Zopa is a useful source of credit whose security is assured. The app is easy to work. The 'credit cushion' feature is absolutely fantastic as it allows you to reserve a cash pot for emergencies. I've not had to use their customer services very much but it is a well run service overall and I would highly recommend it for those trying to improve credit store and manage a credit card effectively! Zopa works well for putting aside a buffer with an easy to use online app. It's easy to make payments and/or set up Direct Debits. They are quick to check up and prevent unauthorised transactions and I feel confident using their services. Reviewed on: 19th January 2025
