Helpful and informative branch staff

I have always found the staff very helpful and informative and knowledgable with any questions that I have asked of them . I have always found them to be polite in manner. I am kept informed of changing or new accounts as they arise. I like the personal contact of branch staff but also recognise that online information is also advantageous to some as well. They provide a friendly, helpful and personal service
