Local building society that offers good savings rates. Cannot think of anything you could do to make my experience better, except for more user-friendly application form as you are the only building society to ask for annual income / relatives in position of authority. I wrote to ask about the replacement for the loyalty saver (due to mature 31.10.19) and was provided with details of the over 60s account (with a super interest rate), then Hannah has helped by keeping the passbook save until my paperwork for the maturity arrives.
