Always quick to answer the phone and assist.

The Chorley are always quick to answer the phone and you get to speak with someone at the branch (Not a call centre) I spoke to Julie Rigby (3 times over the course of a week or so) Julie was very helpful (and patient) in assisting me with the on-line process, which I never usually get involved with. Although I've now closed the account, I'd be very happy to save with the Chorley again. Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

Spoke with Lisa Adams when I needed to transfer funds, as always it was quick and easy to do. Lisa was very helpful, pleasant and professional. Note: Usually they answer the phone quickly, today not so and I eventually opted for a call back, which was ok, except it was then too late for the funds to credited to my bank a/c that day, which being a Thursday means they might not be there until Monday! Hopefully this will not lead to being overdrawn. So, please could there be more people to answer phones in future (It's not usually a problem) Reviewed on: 6th June 2025
