Really really really useful stuff

ANNA is really handy! It's tough to own and run a business. I'm an expert in my craft but that's not how to run a business. They make it easy to understand what I have to do and when I have to do it. Saves me from worrying about what I don't know I don't know. The customer support team is by far the best I've used (ty for the Uber Eats voucher). It's really easy to get paid with my payment message, I love the personalised touch it gives my business. Reviewed on: 28th January 2025

5* Banking service

I’ve never felt so confident using my business account, high street banks have proven themselves to be outdated out of touch with their customers. Great new online bank

I have found ANNA to be really user friendly and suits my business needs. There were some issues at the start that could have been really problematic but ANNA worked hard to resolve them and were very open and honest about it. The friendly service is second to none and the fact you can sort most things out with a few clicks or an online chat is great. They actually listen to their customers and seek their views on how they want the service designed. It’s come a long way from when it first started but ANNA are a real example of how future business banking should be. Best Business account ive had

Honestly since coming over to anna ive never had a problem, The issue with wirecard which wasnt there fault they dealt with professionally and made sure i was confident i will be able to access my account again, 11 pound a month with the no hassle of transfers and incoming payments makes this bank spot on. Ive had the chance to change to a more known bank but i will be staying with Anna. Reviewed on: 4th March 2021
