I was rather nervous at first but the whole set up makes everything run smooth and the best bit for me is when I have a question you type it in and voila an immediate response! The AI on the APP Is amazing, so easy to perform tasks, customer services is rapid. I can see ANNA becoming the biggest player in the market. Having used Revolut, Wise and Rizq I can confirm this tops them all. USD and FX needs to be incorporated as well as personal accounts. Reviewed on: 18th January 2023

Exceptional customer service and great app

Moving from a large bank about a year ago I found ANNA to have a fantastic service. The app works really well and they seem to be updating and improving it regularly. I've had many queries and found the customer service to be really smooth, efficient and helpful. I was sceptical about moving from a large, well-known bank to a relatively newcomer, but I have absolutely no regrets except that I should have done it years ago! Reviewed on: 17th January 2023
