Awful

Put my renewal premium up hugely despite not making a claim, sent me a really offhand email telling me that despite paying by Direct Debit monthly for years and years I would now have to pay the whole amount in one go (nearly £1600). Talk about not reading the room and helping their clients in a difficult economic environment. Happy news is I got insurance for £900 elsewhere with the facility to pay monthly, so the RAC were not only rude and dismissive they were also just plain greedy. Not ever using them for anything again as they couldn't care less about customer loyalty. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2023

Always brilliant

Every time I need help with my account in anyway, there is always a real live lovely human who sorts the issue out for me pretty instantly. Great account and staff who I can't recommend enough. Wouldn't bank with anyone else, wish they did personal accounts. Thanks Reviewed on: 19th January 2023
