Great new online bank

I have found ANNA to be really user friendly and suits my business needs. There were some issues at the start that could have been really problematic but ANNA worked hard to resolve them and were very open and honest about it. The friendly service is second to none and the fact you can sort most things out with a few clicks or an online chat is great. They actually listen to their customers and seek their views on how they want the service designed. It’s come a long way from when it first started but ANNA are a real example of how future business banking should be.
