You were there for me when it counted...

Several years ago I was made redundant and couldn't find another job for three months. I contacted BBS and they couldn't have been more understanding and made an arrangement with me about my Mortgage which took so much stress away from the situation, which I'll never forget. Communication is excellent.

Communication is excellent with news and information. The ISA savings interest rates are always near the top end of the market. Their online website is easy to use. Can not fault the service provided. Reviewed on: 17th October 2024

Appreciate traditional values.

Helpful staff

I like being able to go into my local branch on Moorland Road. The customer service at that branch and I he branch in town is always excellent. Reviewed on: 17th October 2024

I think they are a good local Building Society.

I think they are a good alll round building society. Although I never tried to borrow from them so other than the ISA saving A/C. which they keep me fully informed I cannot speak for their other services Reviewed on: 17th October 2024
